Christmas with Jen's family

The Sunday before Christmas, Andy's family and us met up with Mom and Dan for a Christmas dinner at Clara's and then a walk downtown to see the lights. What a perfect night, THanks for everything. JD got a nerf gun from Meme and Papa.

look at those cuties!
never a dull moment

We celebrated Christmas before we left for FL, so Santa stopped by a little early and brought JD a "DS" (leapster) just like he wanted.

Santa hooked Ella up with a diner, so she's constantly cooking and refilling my coffee.

JD and I wrote Santa a letter and told him that he wanted a BB gun and a DS......... Santa told him, "you'll shoot your eye out kid"
Ella, not excited about Santa
but she loved the fire truck
waiting in line to see Santa and Mrs Claus with our hot cocoa
baking cookies
they love the play dough

I started to paint the laundry room, stepped out for a few minutes and look who I find............ nice Bird!

Happy October!

My baby chic and I on the train ride.

Breathing fire!
My little chic........... without her topnot, she refused to wear it.
We went to the Binder Park Zoo Boo and JD was a fire breathing dragon
JD, Bean and I got the tops cut out and the guts taken out and when dad got home he helped JD carve his pumpkin and I helped Bean.
Ella's first year carving pumpkins, she really got into it, she loves doing whatever brother is doing!

Happy Birthday Daddy!!, JD helped me make Daddy's favorite, TX sheet cake & JD placed the candles!

2009 Olympics

The Holtz family hosted their first Olympics, it was lots of fun as you can see. They set up a kid race and then the same race for adults. Thanks so much for all your efforts, we hope you'll do this again next year!
