Happy Easter

Here are the 2 little munsters.  We had a great Easter, we headed to church for breakfast and worship and then we came home and fried a turkey to take to mom's and then headed to their house for a Easter dinner followed by a Easter egg hunt and lots of playing outside, sorry no pix's from their house.

Ella's 11 months

Here she is all big and strong, and developing quite a little personality,............ or attitude, oh no is this that she is just a girl? Within the last few weeks she has and makes it quite clear when she is not happy with someone or something, it often happens when she is told that she can't have something (often she is trying to eat it) or something is taken away from her.  It's funny how quickly JD scrambles if he takes something from her to replace it and then says, "it's okay Ella"

So, just this last week she has started to stand in the middle of the room all by herself, she can also throw a ball while standing (JD is really proud of that!), a few weeks ago she started blowing kisses and waves bye bye.  She has also just started to nod her head yes, and just today Nicole Miller watched her and she thought she heard her say Nic :)

We are also looking closely at getting a dog.  JD and Ella haven't been to excited about that idea;  i looked at a Goldendoodle on Monday and had to hold both JD and Ella while Ella cried the whole time and JD wouldn't even pet the puppy.  We did have a big milestone today, Nicole Miller watched JD and Ella and they have a dog named Cooper and this was the first day that JD has ever asked to play with Cooper, woooooo hoooo!!!  (Thanks guys for all of the patience!)

So here's the happy camper!
hangin out with my big brother, .......... he can almost do anything and i don't get to upset...
she's not a big fan of socks, anytime she's in the car she pulls her socks off, after she naps, they are always off and outside of her crib
check me out standing
"can you please turn on the music, so i can dance?"
