Happy Valentines Day!

I feel as if we have had a fun filled Valentines past week. It all started a week ago making these fruit roll-up flower Valentines, (my friend Tammy gave me the idea, thanks girl:) I had signed up for the Valentines party at JD's preschool and thought it would be a cute idea for his class. I also made heart and flower shaped chocolate suckers that were a hit; I remember being in school and my mom had always made chocolate suckers for my class and I always thought it was very special.

I then got home from picking up JD from school to find this wonderful box on the front step, the kids ran eagerly to get the package, what we found inside was even more exciting, an assorted variety of chocolate covered strawberries, oh does Rick know what gets both me and the kids excited:) They both went for the 2 strawberries covered in dark chocolate...... just like their mom, they were oh so heavenly, hmmm. Thank you God for giving me the very best husband and daddy I could ever ask for, I love you to the moon and back:)

Today I received this picture from Jessi, so happy to have her watching my peanuts, and she said that JD wanted to send this picture to me for Valentines Day, awwh:)
Fruit roll-up flowers. Take fruit roll-up and hot glue paper doily on the top, then take a wrapped heart shaped piece of candy and glue to the center of paper hearts, next cut leaves out of green construction paper and hot glue to fruit roll-up............ Waaah llaaaahhhhh:::))))

Valentine dinner at the Rupp's the kiddo's requested Chocolate Molten Cake, a favorite here. This is a recipe from my sister Jody, yummy. Melt 10 T of butter and 6 oz of chocolate chips on low heat. Then in seperate bowl whisk together 3 eggs and 3 egg yolks then combine 1 1/2 c of powdered sugar and 1/2 c of flour. Then combine chocolate mixture to other bowl and mix. Pour into 5 greased ramakins and place on cookie sheet and Bake @ 450 degrees for 13 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream immediately after it comes out of oven for a lava party in your mouth:)
